About Traffic Legacy

Hi, my name is Kurt Schmitt, and welcome to Traffic Legacy. You may have seen my name around the web in conjunction with information about cats. In case you don't know, I have a successful website which centers around eveything I learned from my cats. After getting over 1,000 visitors a day to that site, I determined that I could have reached that point much faster, if I had just taken certain steps in a certain way. I'll share some of those strategies here.

In addition to being a website publisher and owning several websites, my articles on self-improvement and motivation, cat care, and online success strategies have been published on a variety of websites.

I started Traffic Legacy because I saw a huge information gap on the Web. Despite thousands of sites that deal with website traffic strategies, website promotion, and home based business, new webmasters are still struggling to get traffic to their sites.

On this site I discuss a number of strategies I've used to increase website traffic, as well as some of testing that I'm currently doing. I have tons of information, from the fundamentals to advanced techniques that I'll be adding to the site, so come back often. I'll also post progress reports related to the traffic tests so that you can see what works, and what doesn't as well. Enjoy!

I can also tell you what hasn't worked for me, and after spending $10,000 of my own money getting no where, what probably won't work for you.
